Overview - Correctional ADA/Disabilities 

DigitalCare specializes in developing and implementing disabilities programs, tools and resources for Departments of Corrections facing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) challenges, focused upon both offenders and employees. 

Whether your organization is challenged by past and/or current litigation, or is taking a pro-active approach to reduce both the costs of handling disabled inmates and the risks of future litigation, DigitalCare provides services and resources to help reduce your organization’s risk associated with ADA/Title I (employee) and Title II (offender) compliance requirements.

Disabilities Program Development
